I recently attempted to log into my Tommy account (username: niaoniao, linked to the email lenyjoybanasing@gmail.com) to check on my hosted website, but I was unable to access it. The login page stated that either the username or password is incorrect. When I checked the HelioHost website directly, I saw that my account has been suspended. I am unsure of the reason for this suspension, but I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to regain access, even temporarily. I have not yet backed up my website's files and code, and I would like to retrieve them as soon as possible. Once I’ve backed up my data, I will promptly disable or delete the website if required.
