[Solved] Suspended account

I haven't used my website for a month because I had exams and I only used my website for database testing but I need to upload my work tomorrow.

You were suspended because our Multiple Account Detection system thinks you made duplicate accounts. The first line of our Terms of Service says that users are only allowed 1 account on Tommy or Johnny. Is this the account you wish to keep?

I did not know that I made multiple accounts. But yes, this is the account that I want to keep, thank you!

Question: If I want to buy a VPS account too, then I will be suspended as well or it's only for the normal plans?

You're welcome! 🙂 A VPS is counted separately from the shared hosting plans. You can only have 1 account on Tommy or Johnny, but as many VPS on top of that as you want.
