Transfer old emails from other hosting

Hi;

Do you have a elegant/simple solution on how to transfer old emails from a previous hosting provider to the default email server here at heliohost?  Would love not loosing any emails and be able to transition seamlessly from one hosting to here...  Any suggestions or documentation link to help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Feel free to ask any relevant or pertinent questions that may help in pointing me in the right direction.

First, what panel was your old host using (Plesk, cPanel, etc.)?
