I guess we'll power your VPS off again, and see if that will help you to respond to us. If you're having trouble with PayPal we do have a brand new Stripe account that might work better for you. You could also switch to a 6 month plan, so if a payment fails it won't affect your website's uptime as much or as often. You even get a 10% discount for paying 6 months in advance as well.
