Could you explain how the delete account page works, I see an option to
archive and delete theaccount. Do you get an email confirmation when you do
either action like you do when you move servers for example?

No, when someone deletes their account or archives their account the assumption is they don't want to use their account or hear from us anymore so you will no longer receive any emails from us.
