[Solved] Issue Sending Emails - Request to Configure SPF and DMARC Records

Hello HelioHost Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue where emails sent from my domain (redactu.com) are being blocked by Gmail with the following error message:

550-5.7.26 Your email has been blocked because the sender is unauthenticated. 550-5.7.26 Gmail requires all senders to authenticate with either SPF or DKIM.

It appears that SPF and DMARC records are not correctly configured for my domain. My domain details are as follows:

  • Domain Name: redactu.com

DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain redactu.com. We recommend sending a test email to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.

Please keep in mind also that there is a sending limit of 50 emails per day. Exceeding this limit will result in loss of email service on your account.
