majazac Posted October 4, 2005 Posted October 4, 2005 He hasn't contributed much here anyway though -.- I beg to differ on that. I mean, max123 has made many contributions to the world of Helionet during his short duration here. like what? Quote
Spaceman3750 Posted October 4, 2005 Posted October 4, 2005 ROFL, no surprise that myscrnnm supports max Quote

myscrnnm II Posted October 4, 2005 Posted October 4, 2005 He hasn't contributed much here anyway though -.- I beg to differ on that. I mean, max123 has made many contributions to the world of Helionet during his short duration here. like what? Well, he has given us lessons in hacking. And he has been friendly with us. Quote
lappy512 Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 Hacking is not a good thing, and he mostly spammed the board... Quote

myscrnnm II Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 Hacking is not a good thing, and he mostly spammed the board... Hacking gets a bad rap. But hacking can be good. Quote
Korps Commander Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 Not in the way max123 used it. Of course, he DID teach us to be more aware.......... Quote
myscrnnm II Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 Not in the way max123 used it. Of course, he DID teach us to be more aware.......... I believe that max123's hacking of Helionet has been beneficial for all of us. Quote
Korps Commander Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 Now that you think about it, there's no rule in the Guides about hacking....so max123 really didn't commit a crime........ Quote
GameClaw_268 Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 Its the universal law of the internet, and it's illegal in most contries. As in, huge fines. I think there's a $10,000 fine for it in Singapore... or somewhere... Quote
Kyougi Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 Not in the way max123 used it. Of course, he DID teach us to be more aware.......... I believe that max123's hacking of Helionet has been beneficial for all of us. Really, explain. Quote
majazac Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 the only benefit of the hack was to teach us that if a person post about it, he/she will try to do it... and come on... myscrnnm II are just saying that to go agains us... i'm done. last post about this matter... HL! you're back!!!! missed HP, you know? Quote
Spaceman3750 Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 This is getting scary... No wonder myscrnnm supports max, I am beginning to wonder if they are one and the same... It was benificial in a way because it helps us bolster our security... But... There is also "ethical" and "legal" hacking, such as a company hiring a hacker to test their security or the police hacking into a suspect's computer... Quote
