You're suspended for having more than one account. Users are only allowed to have one account. Which one do you want to keep?

(As a reminder, you can host up to 10 domains on a single account. You don't need 2 accounts to have 2 websites.)

No, you did not need to create another account. You needed to contact support. Odds are the issue was related to either software on your account that was broken or a misconfiguration in DNS.

Which account do you want to keep?

Once we know which one you actually want to use, we can look into the errors you were experiencing.

sabzgunbad3 is my main account, I want to keep it. I want to start a community forum using Software Flarum. Is it possible to host a forum for 1000 visitors and members per day using heliohost on this johnny plan for startup then I upgrade pay-as-I-go. flarum is lightweight software of 43MB. it's lighter than wordpress

Unsuspended. The domain will take up to 2 hours to work.

For the software, either should work. I've run flarum before and it worked (though not with 1000+ users). Never tried nimforum. Give both a shot and see how they perform. You can watch your server load here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ Flarum should be in softaculous, not sure about nimforum.

As you grow, you may eventually outgrow Johnny due to the load limits, which cannot be increased at the moment except by moving to a VPS (eventually, moving to Morty will be an option for this, that server won't have load limits when released, and instead will charge a monthly fee that increases based on load). If you outgrow Johnny before we release Morty, you can move to a VPS and later to move to Morty too.

EDIT: The domain change failed...

The domain you want me to change it to belongs to the account you didn't keep.

Do you want me to merge the two accounts (so you have the data and domains from both)? Or would you prefer I just delete the second account and change the domain?
