wolstech Posted September 19 Share Posted September 19 That value can be a few things. If you leave blank or put / in there, FTP will default to your home folder. Since you have a legacy account, you can enter public_html (or perhaps /public_html with a leading slash) if you want FTP to default to the document root of your main domain. gvr590 Posted September 19 Author Share Posted September 19 Thank you very much for your quick response. I apparently have something else incorrect, as my ftp client can't connect. I know I have my home location correct, and my username and password as well, but am wondering if I have the host name/address wrong. wolstech Posted September 19 Share Posted September 19 Try using tommy2.heliohost.org as the hostname instead. Username and password should be the same as plesk.
