MoneyBroz Posted July 26, 2024 Posted July 26, 2024 aurora.steventech.heliohost.us & peak.steventech.heliohost.us have been added to your account. webmail is a system domain and cannot be added however i can add something like webmail1 or mails if you would like. Krydos can assist with pointing the ip to a different location if necessary. and remote access to a database is supported, for MariaDB you can configure this yourself in plesk. for Postgres, just post the name of the databases and a root admin can enable remote access for you.
HelioHost Posted July 26, 2024 Author Posted July 26, 2024 Thank you very much Before writing the ticket the webmail domain was not working because I was trying to install the SSL certificate, right after sending the ticket the webmail domain worked and I was able to install the SSL certificates, however I want to add mail.steventech.heliohost.us Thank you very much again
