Krydos Posted May 17, 2024 Posted May 17, 2024 Please try to be patient. HelioHost is based in the US, so when you post at 2am through 5am most of us are asleep at that time. We try to respond to all support requests within 24 hours, but we're all volunteers so we all have full time jobs and lives outside of volunteering for this non-profit organization so we can't drop everything to reply instantly.
