karvp
Hello, my current website using Python Flask isn't working (i.e., HTTP 500), but I don't know where the error log is (or probably it isn't available for me?). I tried to catch the error internally but failed. Please help me Edited April 24 by karvp
karvp
So after a while I found out where I was wrong (I used the wrong type). However I still want to keep this topic up because debugging without error messages is such a challenge
wolstech
If I remember right, for Python and similar, the log files aren't specific to a given account and as such contain other users' information, so it isn't available in the UI. Some of the data may appear in the Plesk Logs tab, but these logs are usually limited to Apache and Nginx logs.
karvp
Yes, I noticed it. I wonder if we have a way to find logs like Krydos did in my previous post
