Could you please help me completing the subscription process to the VPS?

I've selected a username for the SSH
I've accepted the subscription charge on paypal (PAYMENT ID I-89GGWUPF8EJM)
The process was interrupted when asked for a username and password.

I want to use this email address jrra@fulbrightmail.org as my username.

Any help will be appreciated.
