No. We can sometimes update one or two specific components (e.g. python modules), but we rarely if ever bulk-update an entire server at all, let alone at the request of one person. If you want to control the versions of all software, you'll need to buy a VPS.

If you need a specific item updated, please specify what it is and we can look into it.

PHP updated to 8.3 last month. We have 8.2.13. You should be fine as long as you choose that version for whatever it is you're using.
