Dear customer service, I would like to request the cleaning of my hosting disk, as well as the reversal of the suspension of my subscription due to the "Overuse policy". I would like to state that at no time have I misused the hosting, following the Terms of Service thoroughly, as well as complying with the rules, spam and etiquette guide.

Those overuse suspensions are what happens when your account runs out of disk space. The weird part is you were nowhere close to being out of space (212MB of 1000MB), so there was nothing to clean up. Unsuspended.
