[Solved] Renewing my account

I tried to renew it using the renew account system but it doesn't work. I tried it for about 3-4 times already so I decided to contact in the forum. My username is deknoinarak.

The errors you're seeing are because Plesk is down at the moment. You won't be able to renew this until it is fixed.

My account got renew. I still can't login to the dashboard. It said my password is incorrect. I saved the password to my browser and I use the remembered password by that doesn't work neither. So where can I reset my password can I do it without creating new topic? My username is still deknoinarak.

A root admin will be able to do this, but not at the moment, as they are offline.

They will send you an email to reset your password as soon as they can.

Okay Thanks. I'm new to resetting password. I'm sorry if I'm a bit impatient.

The password on this account wasn't working because it was partially suspended (our custom stuff showed active but Plesk showed suspended). It looks like the renewal didn't complete yesterday during that Plesk outage. This has been corrected.

Please try logging in now using your existing password, and if it still doesn't work, I can send a password reset email.
