[Solved] Does support[at]heliohost.org still works

Is the email support@heliohost.org  still working?
I've been trying to get help using it for days now, but nothing seems to be going through.

Yes it still works. Emails sent to that email address should show up here in the forums under Customer Service>Email Support.

The first two support tickets got flagged as spam by Google. Every few days I check the spam box and flag things as not spam. Not sure why Google thinks your emails are spam.
