mauriciohincapiediaz Posted October 3, 2023 Posted October 3, 2023 Recently (Oct. 1) i donated $1 (via paypal using my email name mahidi1@yahoo.com) for upgrading my hosting plan to Tommy Server...i did not receive an email of confirmation. ¿where can i see my current plan status? I cant use my email for this ticket because there is a message that says "That email address is in us bya another member"...
MoneyBroz Posted October 3, 2023 Posted October 3, 2023 You can view your account status at https://heliohost.org/status/ there isn't a feature to where you can view a "plan status." The email probably went to spam, an admin can send you another invite.
wolstech Posted October 4, 2023 Posted October 4, 2023 You can't "upgrade" an account...we currently have to manually delete the account and invite you again on the other server to move severs. If you have a hosting account under that email address, you won't receive the invite because the system does not support automatically moving accounts and the TOS prohibits having more than one account. Would you like your account deleted and the invite sent to you for Tommy? If so, please back your data up and then let us know when you're ready.
