I used michael.apicella@gmail.com and an account name of jaybird. Did I miss something? Do I have to attempt to get another free account? Michael

Krydos Posted October 2, 2023 Posted October 2, 2023 We no longer offer subdomains of heliohost.org because a lot of internet services, such as Facebook and antivirus products, are incapable of comprehending that each subdomain can belong to a different person and instead of blocking one account such as hackedwordpress.heliohost.org they would just block heliohost.org and all subdomains. This resulted in our main website being blocked when 1 of our 20k users got hacked, and it was a huge mess to clean up. Now we offer free helioho.st and heliohost.us subdomains, and if Facebook or whoever is dumb and blocks the whole domain it only affects users, not our main website.
