Your VPS has been canceled and you won't be charged again.

If you don't mind providing a little more information to improve our VPS service for future users, what is your country and what latency in milliseconds are you seeing?

We found that the latency depends on access time. From our backend statistics, it around 360 - 400ms during morning and night times (around 7-10 and 19-23 UTC+8). The average latency would be around 120ms. Since this VPS is for our development and testing purposes, normal latency is acceptable (which less than 120ms). However, 200ms caused our application fail to access our database cluster and our teams cannot continue to test on the VPS, so we decided to cancel the subscription.

Most edge node are located at SG and our main datacentre are located at HK.

None of our other VPS or shared hosting customers have mentioned variable latency depending on the time of day. Our servers are located in Silicon Valley, US and the latency for me from within the US is always 20ms - 60ms even from the East Coast at any time of the day. There must be issues with the trans Pacific lines or something. Thanks for the feedback.
