Yes, I can't access my account status either. The message is that there is
no account associated with my username (deeplucy) or my email (
paolo.olivato@gmail.com). Can you fix this problem? Thank you, best

Sorry for the delay. You should have received an email a bit ago with the new IPv4 on your VPS. I also tested logging into your VPS dashboard from https://heliohost.org/login/ and it worked with both the username deeplucy or your email address now that the VPS has been created correctly. Are you able to login now? Let us know if you're still having any issues.
