[HH#534872] Update regarding denied account deletion request (GDPR)

Hi there, Helio Networks support.
During the last month, I kindly asked the deletion of my account with all
of his informations from the Helio Networks (HelioNet) database. I have
recently been notified that this request for my privacy have been denied
without any reasons.

I will now ask you again, in compliance with the GDPR law to respect my
right to privacy and delete my informations from every database managed or
owned by the Helio Networks. The account in question is registered under
the name of "med367". I do not have his password anymore, since I removed
It after making the removal request.

*In the event of inaction by your privacy/support team* in the next 20
business days or a negative response to the deletion of some of my personal
data stored here on Helio Networks database. I will express my privacy
rights under GDPR and write a complaint to my country's national data
protection authority.

That was my fault. No one has ever requested account deletion before and I assumed the X button was the button to delete your account. Just a confusing UI and I didn't read it thoroughly. Your account has been deleted.
