hello,

I have been a customer for a year or so. I have this domain:?https://popnow.heliohost.us

It was hosted on Ricky, but apparently, I was supposed to transfer it to another server.
Ricky has been shut down. I have made a backup of my site. It is very small, is there any way I can move it to Tommy??

Try using your invite again now and that domain should be free for you.

Yes. The httpdocs folder is equivalent to the public_html folder that was used on cpanel.
