Hi Support,

Been a client for a long time but stopped in 2020 when covid hit.

I was originally on the Johnny server and trying to relaunch my site. I
understand Plesk is the new system but never received and email to help me
make the switch-over. Please help me to reconnect.

It can take a few days to find the emails in spam sometimes. If your email was successfully received you will get an instant reply letting you know. If you don't get that instant reply you can report the issue to us on the forums or Discord so we can get the email system working again.
