Login fail just after signup

I just created my heliohost account, but when trying to login it fails. I reseted the password but it reseted only the helionet password.

Usually when we run into this issue with a brand new account, it's because of invalid characters in the password (e.g. accented characters, spaces, or characters from non-English languages). The system will accept them but they do not actually work, resulting in this issue.
