That account wasn't moved, it was deleted because it was on cPanel Johnny, which was compromised and all of the accounts were turned into phishing sites.

An invite for a new account has been sent to you. Please check your email. Note that gmail sometimes delivers the invite to spam, so be sure to check in there if you can't find it.
