Hello,
I've been trying to log into my heliohost account with this same email
address and it shows a message (shown in the image below) referring to an
email to check, but I haven't received any email in days.
Would it be possible to check what is going on?

My username in Helionet is "luks18"

You should have received an email to create a new account a while back after Johnny was rebuilt with Plesk, but since it has long since expired, I've resent it.

Please check the email address associated with the forum account luks18 for a link to create a new account. Odds are it'll be in spam because you use Gmail. If so, please click "Not spam" so they don't get marked as spam in the future.
