It looks like it was related to the trash. ~/wp-content/uploads/wpmc-trash was 700+MB. I deleted that folder and the disk use is only 575MB now.

Also, just a heads up that your website is slamming the CPU and RAM on Johnny, you're right at the top of both lists, and if the server performance dips for any reason, you're the first account in line to get suspended for high load. I highly recommend ditching WP entirely if you can, it's famous for causing excessive load.
