Krydos Posted April 6, 2023 Posted April 6, 2023 It just matches it up based on email address, and since you have 2 VPS using the same email address it just picks one. You can use this link to set up the upgraded subscription https://heliohost.org/vps/pay/?code=FrLsNm6aXSY9p153 Once the new subscription is set up let us know and we'll cancel the old one and refund you.
gameguru Posted April 6, 2023 Posted April 6, 2023 OK, it says it went through. I have backed up my configs and am good for a little downtime, if that is what is going to happen now? I'll have to set up a new server?
Krydos Posted April 7, 2023 Posted April 7, 2023 It only takes about 10 minutes of downtime to upgrade CPUs, and you don't have to set it up again. Your VPS is back online with 4 CPUs now. I have canceled and refunded the old subscription.
