I tried creating an addon domain but it didn't work, so djbob, can you help me?

 

Username: sprogram

Site: smart-programs.co.cc

Addon: ares-clan.tk

 

EDIT: The error says "Error from park wrapper: ares-clan.tk is already configured. "

There was a problem creating my addondomain :

1. username : aamsur2

2. Default domain name : aamsur2.heliohost.org

3. Addon domain name : surganda.co.cc

I can't add domain to "addon domain"

I got the error message "Error from park wrapper: goldenchang.org.ru is already configured."

But, the domain is absent in list of "sub domain" and "MX record" but not on "addon domain".

 

Please, help me!

Could you set configuration of my account as default?

I am watching the server load for the last 1 month but it never came below 4.

1. You need to point cmnegi.co.cc to

 

ns1.heliohost.org

ns2.heliohost.org

 

Right now that domain is pointed at:

 

ns1.000site.net

ns2.000site.net

 

2. negiqa.co.cc is pointed to heliohost, but heliohost does not have that domain in their nameservers. The ns records for that domain are below:

 

ns1.heliohost.org

ns1.orangeserve.com

ns1.000site.net

ns2.heliohost.org

ns1.x10hosting.com

 

You should make up your mind what host you want that domain hosted on.

When i created a parked domain, i got an error "There was a problem creating the parked domain" with detail info "Error from park wrapper: cabeen.co.cc is already configured. "

Could you please delete everything about this domain? I want to add it again in future.

 

And a quick question:

Do I have to paste your DNS adress (IP) to my domain-seller page (on my account: domain settings) ?

If so where I can find those IP?

I think the addon domain exists, but I do not see it in the list, so I cannot manage it. (at 'create subdomain' I see it in the combo)

 

Have a second addon domain name: nba.com

I do not need it, I just tried to create it as test, after I saw my bauorganisation.hu addon domain does not appear. So nba.com addon domain should be deleted.

I am having trouble trying to add a domain to my account. I had an account earlier that got deactivated and then deleted due to inactivity, but had that domain as an addon. I tried signing up again with that domain as the main domain. I got an email saying:

 

Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is:

 

Sorry, a DNS entry for dimensionofjiv.co.cc already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)

 

 

Please visit http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php and try to signup again.

 

 

I tried signing up with a normal subdomain, but when I try to add the domain as an addon domain, I get the following error:

 

There was a problem creating the addondomain. Show Details

Error from park wrapper: dimensionofjiv.co.cc is owned by another user.

 

 

When I enter the domain in question into my browser, I get the heliohost account queued page.
