Ashoat Posted July 3, 2010 Author Posted July 3, 2010 alteisenriese: please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active. davoodtr: I see no records of that domain anymore in the system. It has been successfully erased. Follow my instructions and it will work.
alteisenriese Posted July 3, 2010 Posted July 3, 2010 I have checked my server load it was 3.31 then i tried adding the domain but there was an error that said its already configured. Do i have to wait for 24 hours so the add on domain show up in the list?

Do i have to wait for 24 hours so the add on domain show up in the list?Yes. GBASP, zonedabone: please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active. Note: It appears that the server load is far too high to add the domain. (20 instead of the reccomended 4) Is this the reason for my trouble? If it was this high when you added the domain, it could very well be the cause of the original problem. When you re-add it, make sure the load is below 4.
xtr3mz Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 "No Parked Domains are present" Username: xtr3mz Default domain name: ykl.heliohost.org Addon domain name: xources.com [server Load 3.71 (4 cpus)] I can visit xources.com , but it said "Account Queued", when I add my domain, it said: "xources.com is already configured", but I still see "No Parked Domains are present". 3 days before I can visit my site,I just set a cname to ykl.heliohost.org, but later I set dns to heliohost dns, this happened. thanks, for this great great webspace.
