Krydos Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 I did some testing and it appears that some ways of changing your password change just your Plesk password but not your SFTP password. Try this Login > Continue to Plesk > Websites & Domains >Â greenvalleyrecording.heliohost.org > Web Hosting Access and change your password from that screen. That should change your SFTP password, but not your Plesk password. If you want to login on our website with the same password as SFTP you'll need to click your username gvr590 in the top right corner of Plesk and select edit profile. Then set the password on that page to the same one as you set on the Web Hosting Access page. Hope that gets everything straightened out for you.
