Hi @jrwrest,

I could only find a VPS plan (VPS16) with your username, could you please confirm if that is the one you want to be canceled?

As soon as you can confirm that, I can escalate your request to our root admins for fulfilling.

PS.: It is worth noting you have a support request being attended. Are you sure you want to cancel your account before getting it solved?
