Please provide your database name and the database username that will be allowed to remote access.

I'm escalating your support request to our root admins for fulfilling, but until you answer with that information, they will be unable to go any further.

Normally we would need to know the database name and the username, but I checked your account and there is only 1 postgresql database and only 1 user so I enabled remote connections to that.
