If this isn't an accurate translation could you please provide your own translation to English as none of us speak that language.

I took a look at VPS41 and it looks like the MBR and boot partition got corrupted somehow, and Window Server won't boot. I'm running a chkdsk right now, but it looks like your files might be intact. The chkdsk process will take a couple hours, and then I'll let you know what the results were. Do you have backups of all of your files already? It might be the best idea to just wipe this VPS and rebuild it from scratch and then you can reinstall your software and restore your backups.

The chkdsk result says that there is no damage to the C drive. It doesn't look like the MBR can be rebuilt though. Do you need a backup of anything? If so list the directories that need to be backed up. If you already have your backups then let us know and we can reinstall Windows Server 2022 for you.

Delete all files don't problem rebuild with a centos 8

Sounds good. In order to securely choose your username and password for your new CentOS 8 VPS please go to https://heliohost.org/password/ and submit the credentials you want to use to log in. Once you've submitted the username and password please reply to this email to let us know the username so we can get the password assigned correctly.

I see the hashed password in the system. We'll get the new CentOS 8 VPS built as soon as possible. I'll reply to this email when it's done.

Alright, your VPS41 has been rebuilt with CentOS 8 and you should be able to login to SSH on port 22 with the username and password you chose. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
