Hi @irajkaufman,

What type of database you created?

If it is a MariaDB, you can enable remote access by yourself on Plesk panel. If it is a PostgreSQL, in order for our root admins to answer your request it is necessary that you provide us with your database username that will be allowed to remote access that database (irajkaufman_dev).

PS.: Since you posted a support request, I'll assume you created a PostgreSQL database and procced to escalate your support request to our root admins, but as I mentioned above, you still need to provide us the database username.

Since it's been a few days with no response I took a look at this account. The database irajkaufman_dev is a PostgreSQL database not a MariaDB one, but there are two users that have been created. I can't grant remote access without knowing which user you want to have remote access.

Thanks, @Krydos!

Sorry, had some technical difficulties over the past week and just replaced my old computer.

Ideally both users can have remote access, as both are mine. However, if I can only choose one at this time, I'd pick irajkaufman_admin.

Thanks!
