HelioHost Posted March 1, 2023 Posted March 1, 2023 Username: astron, Server: Johnny, Main domain: astron.heliohost.orgYou have wonderful (read a bit weird) information. It's the first but of all, and if you look, 30 days have not passed from February 1 to today. It's only 28 days. In order to keep your website active you must log into your control panel at least once every 30 days. > > If you wish to continue using your hosting plan you will need to log in by clicking the link below. Next, provide your email and password in the box and click log in to access your dashboard. If you don't log in sometime in the next few days your website will be replaced with a inactive page. > > Our apologies for requiring you to log in to your account to continue using it. We understand that once you get your website perfected there is little reason to view your control panel anymore, but if we didn't have a way of determing which accounts were abandoned our servers would quickly become even more overloaded than they already are. > > We plan on releasing a new server named Morty soon where you won't have to login to keep your account active that you may be interested in. wolstech Posted March 1, 2023 Posted March 1, 2023 This is normal. That's a reminder email, the account has not actually gone inactive yet. You get reminder emails a few days beforehand so you have the opportunity to log in, and it goes inactive at 30 days if you ignore them and don't log in.
