[Solved] Request to add DNS record

I finally transfered my site to Plesk in Johnny, and want to ADD some DNS record as below, in domain amplo.com.br:

Type         Domain Name                   Address                      TTL
A               loja.amplo.com.br             13.248.161.86            14400
A               loja.amplo.com.br             76.223.33.242            14400
CNAME    www.loja.amplo.com.br     loja.amplo.com.br       14400
