As soon as they are available again, there will be a news post about it on our forum's News section (https://helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/) as well as on our social networks: Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/HelioHost.org), Twitter (https://www.facebook.com/HelioHost.org), and our Discord (https://heliohost.org/chat/ and https://discord.io/heliohostorg). Even with those features automation being unavailable it is still possible to use them, you only need to make a post on our forum's Customer Service section (https://helionet.org/index/forum/45-customer-service/?do=add), send a message in our Discord (https://heliohost.org/chat/ and https://discord.io/heliohostorg) or just send an email message to support@heliohost.org as you already did.
