Tommy is full right now and thus having some uptime and speed issues so people that had an account on Tommy on cPanel and are being migrated to Plesk now are being moved to Johnny (which currently is faster and has a better uptime) for the time being. Once everyone is moved from Tommy's cPanel to Plesk and the servers are balanced better you can ask to be moved back to Tommy. Still, if you really don't want to be moved to Johnny's Plesk for the time being, I believe it's possible to ask to stay on Tommy's cPanel until it's powered off but I wouldn't recommend it.
