To login and begin using your account click the login link below. Please be aware that, like we said before, the server isn't completely finished so some things won't work quite yet. Most notably Java, and Ruby on Rails aren't available yet. Your domains have been transferred to the new server, but if you have the old IP address cached on your computer it may take a few hours to show up because the cached data has to expire first. Your main domain should have SSL installed already, but if it doesn't you can install a free Let's Encrypt certificate by going to Websites & Domains > [the domain name] > SSL/TLS Certificates > Reissue Certificate. If you're not using HelioHost nameservers we can't transfer your domain automatically so you'll need to update your DNS settings yourself. Your account's new A record is 65.19.141.67. This is the same ip address that you can SFTP in to upload your files. Please note that the SFTP port has changed, and is 1373 now. You won't be able to add new domains, delete domains, or edit DNS settings on your own right now, but if you make a post on the forum an admin can make the DNS changes for you. The most common cause of 500 errors after being transferred to Plesk is unsupported syntax in .htaccess files, so if you get a 500 error the first thing to try is renaming the .htaccess to something like .htaccess-old to disable it. You can read the exact reason for all errors in the domain's error log. Since we're still testing the new system out please let us know if you encounter anything that doesn't seem to be working right. Also we would love to hear any feedback that you have regarding Plesk.
