[HH#560372] Can't access my email address - username tanjiro

Hello,

I just logged in to my account and get notification that my account
ready to transfer to plesk. But I can't edit my old email eka@aei.name
because I don't have access to the domain right now (I let the domain
expired).

Please help me to change my email id to this email or anything to solve
the problem.

Do you remember your password?

If you can use SFTP to login to ricky.heliohost.org port 1373 with the username tanjiro (all lowercase) and upload a text file containing the string

wViftbx75Cs6wpb

We could use that to verify your ownership of the account and change the email address for you.

Done, I created file text-verification.txt and store the string in that
file. Please check it

Looks good. Your email address has been changed to this yahoo.com address, and your transfer invite has been resent. Let us know if you have any problems transferring your account to Plesk.
