Any other country address for billing requires a PayPal account. I'll try again later, but pls check why the without paypal acct only works for us addresses. Krydos Posted January 21, 2023 Posted January 21, 2023 I clicked "Debit or Credit Card" and then selected about a dozen countries other than the US and they all seemed to work, and none of them took away the address or the credit card number field or anything. The checkbox at the bottom labeled "No, I don't want an account now" remained for all of the randomly chosen countries too. If you don't mind sharing your location, what country are you from? Another option you could consider is switching to a 6 month payment, saving 10%, and paying with any of the cryptocurrencies listed at https://heliohost.org/donate/ If there's a different cryptocurrency you'd rather use let us know the name of it and we might be able to add the wallet to the list. Please note that we don't accept month to month payment with crypto because it's too much work to verify 80 payments every month by hand, but we do accept 6 month payments.

Ot wont allow unless i signup for an account. Im using a US acct again so, it's fine for now. Cant use my other cards though. Do you want us to keep the email address from the old PayPal account that starts with a z...@gmail.com on your account, or do you want to delete that one so you won't receive further emails from us to that address?

Krydos Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 Perhaps the link expired before you used it. I have sent a new one and I tested it twice. It should open a screen that just allows you to type a new password. Not sure what you mean by "The password reset link comes out blank" though.
