Hello,

I changed the CPanel to Plesk and i have a problem, if i upload a file via
FTP program i don't see the changes. I see the changes to my site if upload
a file only via File Manager of Plesk from the website.
It's like the FTP program and File Manager from Plesk (website) have
different file destination.
I don't want to make changes only from Plesk via Website, how can i make
changes to my site and with FTP?

You're probably uploading files to cPanel still. Plesk is 65.19.141.77 port 1373. cPanel is 65.19.143.6 port 1342. The cPanel account isn't deleted right away after being transferred in case there is a problem and you need to move back or something didn't get transferred correctly.

I like the way you think to keep the old cPanel account.

Ιt would be good if you write it (Plesk FTP IP and Port) in the email you send us when the account successfully transferred to Plesk..

Good idea, it's been added. I've noticed that very few people actually read that email, but for anyone who does it should help them.
