This email confused me a bit because I've already been converted to Plesk
(been using it for several months) and I thought my account is already on
the Tommy Server. Is that not true?

I think that the root admins or moderators can check the status of the mail. something I can confirm.

Yes, you should already be looking at Plesk. 
You can also check by logging in at https://tommy2.heliohost.org/ .

Yes, your account is already on Plesk, but you made a donation from this email address which doesn't match the email address that you created your account with. It looks like you donated $30 with the other email address and donated $10 with this email address. You can just ignore this invitation email.
