Krydos Posted October 4, 2022 Posted October 4, 2022 If you go to Plesk > Websites & domains > domain > FTP access > you can add or remove FTP users. For SFTP the settings we recommend using is Protocol: SFTP Host: 65.19.141.77 Port: 1373 Logon Type: normal User: babynews Password: <same as Plesk>

Since mailing lists create themselves as a subdomain on your account, and you can't create a subdomain yourself it doesn't work without assistance from an admin. Eventually you will be able to create subdomains on your own. It just isn't implemented yet.
