Hey, I love the migration and all the work you've been doing the past year! Congrats!
Still, I have a question, I don't see the option to edit DNS, is that intentional? Are we going to have that feature in the future? Or how do I enable that?

Thanks, great work!

Yeah, that's a known issue. You will be able to edit DNS yourself eventually, but we haven't implemented that yet. Getting accounts actually transferred and getting new account creation working was a higher priority. If you need DNS changes, domains added, or domains removed just let us know and an admin can take care of it.

Thanks for your response, I'll need to add an A-Record pointing to?66.6.44.4

While all Plesk features are being unlocked I'm temporarily hosting my portfolio here.
Can you help me do this for the hiro.mx domain, please?

Thank you!

Your A record for hiro.mx has been changed to 66.6.44.4.

What lack of Plesk features prevents you from hosting that domain with us? If we get feedback for what features people need the most we can prioritize them.

My main issue is being able to edit DNS, domain management (add/delete) and the plugins or apps catalogue is a little bit lacking. I don't know how the Cloudflare integration works with Plesk since in cPanel it was a simple yet useful feature. I'm still exploring all the features Plesk offers and I'm proud of your work and for finding solutions quickly.

Thanks for taking feedback and listening to us!

One thing you can do is use external DNS, such as Cloudflare, and create an A record pointed at 65.19.141.77 and an AAAA record pointed at 2001:470:1:1ee::2002. That way you can edit your own DNS settings.

As far as adding and deleting domains, that is definitely near the top of the todo list since it generates a ton of extra work for the staff to do this for everyone. The only way HelioHost has been able to support 20k or so simultaneous users with only about 10 staff members in the past is by automating everything as much as possible. If we had to add or delete 500 domains a day manually we wouldn't have enough time for that nonsense. Right now we've only got a couple hundred active accounts so it's not too big of a deal, but it will quickly overwhelm us if we don't get it working.

The apps catalog is a little lacking compared to Softaculous that we had before, but it's built in to Plesk so it doesn't cost anything extra. Softaculous on cPanel was $12 per server per year, but for Plesk it's $50 per server per year so quite a bit more for some reason. Obviously we let our subscription to Softaculous expire since no one could even access it, but we haven't decided if it's worth $50 to provide Softaculous when Plesk does provide a lot of the most common apps for free.
