Make sure you check your promotions tab and your spam box and click the "not spam" button if it isn't in your inbox. If you still don't receive the Plesk invite email let us know and maybe we can send it to a non-gmail address. I also noticed while looking up your account that you're in violation of our terms of service by having two accounts. The account with the username efrenram will be moved to Plesk and the account with the username efrenra1 will be deleted. If you need a backup from the efrenra1 account it can be downloaded from https://heliohost.org/backup/
