I want to donate for getting moved higher up in account transfers, but I don't want to pay on-chain transfer fees for something like $1. So do you guys have a lightning address?

No, the service that we're using to convert crypto to USD doesn't support lightning address yet. You can see the the addresses that we have at https://heliohost.org/donate/ It is possible to add new crypto addresses if you want to ask about something else.
