HelioHost Posted June 26, 2022 Posted June 26, 2022 Username: wanghley, Server: Tommy, Main domain: wanghley.comHello, dear HelioHost support team! Hope you are doing well. I recently migrated to Tommy on the Plesk platform, and yes I received the email saying my account was successfully transferred. However, I could not do my login and I requested to reset my password on the "Forgot your password" function but I did not receive the email to change it. My account is registered over this email address (wanghleys@gmail.com), the one I am contacting you. Moreover, I would like to change my domain for the new one I bought and start with the platform. Is there any block for changing that? Kindly wait for your reply. Krydos Posted June 26, 2022 Posted June 26, 2022 I just sent you a password reset email from my personal heliohost.org email address. Click the link in the email and you should be able to reset your password. Regarding the domain change, Plesk isn't finished so you can't change or add domains yourself yet, but you will be able to eventually. In the meantime if you tell me the domain you want to change to I can change it for you. You can also host as many domains as you want on your account so we could just add it as a secondary domain if you want to host your .com with us again at some point.
